FF eligible customers will receive one month free then $5/month off plan fees for up to 24 months. After 25 months, the Subscription plan will automatically renew on a $35/mth basis, unless otherwise stated.

Every eligible TPG Telecom employee may refer up to 10 FF eligible customers via the FF benefit referral process. All FF eligible customers must be referred by a TPG Telecom employee and use the unique, invitation-only FF promotion code provided via email during the FF benefit referral process to access this offer. FF eligible customers cannot sign up with more than one account as part of this promotion. If a FF eligible customer is found in breach, any order created with an ineligible account will be cancelled.

Promotion code must be applied on sign-up and cannot be applied retrospectively. If, for any reason whatsoever, you do not make a recurring monthly subscription fee payment by your prescribed due date or pause your subscription during the first 25 months, you will lose the entitlement to the VIP benefit.

Discounts provided to customers may have Fringe benefit tax (“FBT”) implications to TPG Telecom employees. Should the TPG employee receive more than $2,000 of taxable fringe benefits in any period between 1 April and 31 March the following year, the amount will be a reportable fringe benefit and will be disclosed on the employee’s Income Statement. The amounts disclosed on the Income Statement may impact any government benefits received by the TPG Telecom employee.
